Our Program focuses on teaching children how fun exercise can be through our fun-filled
activities! We work with each child to improve their sports skills, balance, coordination, motor skills, and
rhythm. Too many of our young children today do not live a physically active lifestyle! Kinder Fit addresses this
need by teaching our students that the road to good health is through the joy of being active! Research has shown that
the childhood obesity rate has doubled over the past 20 years. The rapid rise is due to decreased physical activity
and increased sedentary activities such as watching television and playing computer and video games. To combat this
rising epedemic, Kinder Fit gets kids up and moving! Health and Sports authorities recommend at least 30 minutes daily
of structured physical activity for children. Kinder Fit helps parents and educators meet this standard!
