KINDERFIT Class Structure Our
classes begin with warm ups and a short lesson on Good Health and Nutrition using the bSAFe, bFIT program. Then it
is time for our fun-filled activity! We remain active for at least 20 minutes before returning to circle for a Cool
Down! We review that weeks health lesson and send children off with a handout describing the activity they participated
in and the fitness goal of the week. We encourage the children to continue exercising throughout the week and practicing
the skills they learned!
